Your plan lets you run a number of Premium listings at a time - 2 on Atelier, 5 on Maison, 12 or more on Sovereign. You pick which of your live listings carry it, and move it to another when one sells. It is deliberately not every listing: a badge on everything tells a buyer nothing.
Yes. Slots work across every category - you can run property, a yacht and two cars on the same plan, all under one profile page.
Nothing breaks and nothing comes down. For a busy spell, a one-time slot pack adds 5 or 15 more listings for 60 days without changing your plan. If you need the room permanently, we offer you the next plan up and you pay only the difference - or decline it and carry on with the slots you have.
